The NanoFlowSizer FIDES is a NanoFlowSizer system designed for real-time nanoparticle size analysis in demanding, high-turbidity processes like LNP process development, emulsification, milling, and nanoparticle synthesis.
Based on Spatially Resolved DLS
Using SR-DLS, it delivers continuous size distribution metrics without sampling or dilution, from lab to production scale. The FIDES is ‘the sister platform’ to the NanoFlowSizer THALIA, designed for complementary measurement conditions.

The NanoFlowSizer FIDES β Real-time Nanoparticle Size Analysis
The FIDES uses Spatially Resolved Dynamic Light Scattering (SR-DLS) to deliver continuous nanoparticle size and distribution data in challenging, highly turbid process streams.
It covers a broad particle size range (15β5000 nm) and reports key metrics such as hydrodynamic diameter, PDI and D90, with new results every ~5 seconds. The FIDES can be used in flow or static mode and configured inline, online, at-line or offline, with system modules available for lab, pilot and manufacturing scale.
For demanding conditions, optional solutions such as Online Micro Dilution (OMD) (for extremely high turbidity/concentration), Large Particle Detection (LPD) imaging, and PhaSR (for very low particle size/low concentrations) can be added to match your process needs.
Its GMP-compliant software and customizable solutions make it a powerful PAT tool for pharmaceutical and industrial applications.
