What is the Smart Bypass Loop?

The Smart Bypass Loop is a pump-integrated sampling module for the NanoFlowSizer, equipped with a 0.25-inch flow cell.

In addition to standard module features such as integrated temperature sensors, it creates a continuous laminar flow within its own loop. This improves control over fluid conditions and supports more accurate particle size measurements.

Depending on the setup, sampled fluid can be returned to the main stream or diverted to waste, giving flexibility in how the module is integrated into a process line.
